COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Erg Power N1078-9 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ez-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ez-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Euchner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ez-Automation such as the EZ3T8CEPLCE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EZMR4L20CP manufactured by Ez-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Ez-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CET1ARCRACH50XSG10763 by Manufacturer Euchner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Evertz Brand 7100NCMX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Esa such as X7H2SF920200 equipment made by Esa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Esa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Esa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EZMR2L20CDOUT made by Ez-Automation as well as the popular LMD100503QA223A original spares produced by Etel Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HSK100AHCSL20200M by Erickson and X7H2SF920200 spares by Esa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PLQ230B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Exfo. |
